This year, in our ‘Great Australian Architects’ series, we will be highlighting the depth of architects Australia has produced and reflect on the valuable contribution they have made on the Australian landscape.
Our first architect is no doubt one of the most influential Modernist architects in Australia, Neil Clerehan. An architect close to my heart as we secured one of his beautifully designed homes last year and will shortly undertake a sympathetic renovation for our family to live in and enjoy for many years to come.
Sadly, Neil passed away late last year, just shy of his 95th birthday, so we will not be able to share this journey with him, but we will be in contact with his children to show how his design will live on.
