The Right Property

The Forrest family came to us after contemplating the use of a buyers advocate to help them acquire a home they had seen in Brighton. Time poor and needing guidance as to where the property sat in the market price wise and who would be their competitors on auction day they engaged us to to help them. This is The Right Property.

The Challenge.

The home was renovated and in a great position with a very logical floorplan. This meant the home would appeal to many different buyers. We identified the young professional couples, the empty nesters and young families that had one or two children. All in all a very wide range of interest.

The auction was highly competitive as we had predicted and when it went above where we had advised our clients was good buying, even on an emotional level we were out. The property ended up selling more than $375,000 over reserve.

 

Outcome

We firmly believe that the right property will present itself when it is meant to be. A few weeks later we went on to uncover a great home in another blue chip suburb. Double the land, double the house and in a position they never thought they would be able to achieve, and under budget.

We are beyond thrilled at the purchase today and can’t imagine having gone through this journey without your expert guidance and unrelenting tenacity to secure us a property.
